What happens if it rains?

Our castles all have built in rain covers but if the weather is too bad we do not charge for cancellations. We will call you the day before to confirm that you still want to proceed with the hire.

What time will you arrive?

We deliver from 8:00am and will call you the day before to arrange a time. If you have specific times to operate to (i.e. hall hired for a certain period of time), we will arrange our deliveries around you.

What time will you collect?

We start our collections from 6:30pm. A collection time will be agreed with you.

Can I book at the last minute?

Yes, you can leave it until the morning of the hire but we cannot guarantee availability. We recommend booking as early as possible especially in the Summer months. Communion and Confirmation dates are extremely busy so we advise that you book as soon as you receive your dates.

How long does it take to erect and take down an inflatable?

On average it takes 30 minutes to set up and take down an inflatable. This depends alot on the access to the property.

What sort of surface to I need to for a bouncy castle?

You need a reasonably level grassy area (slight slopes are OK) so they can be staked down.

How much area do I need to erect an inflatable?

You need approximately 3ft all around the unit. Each inflatables dimensions are shown on their details page. If you are in any doubt if a castle will fit you can give us a call and we will check your site the next time we are passing.

Can your castles be used indoors?

Yes. We provide castles indoors in venues such as community halls, football clubs, schools and nurseries. We will provide sandbags in these situations to secure the unit.

How safe is it?

All of our inflatables comply to the latest Health and Safety guidelines for inflatable play equipment and have current safety certificates.

What about insurance?

We have public liability insurance which covers any accident which would be our fault, such as equipment failure or failing to install a unit properly.The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the inflatable and those using it are supervised by a responsible adult.

How much does it cost to run?

An inflatable costs approximately £1 to run for the day.

Do you offer a discount if I hire more than one unit?

Yes. Contact us to arrange a discount for multiple hires.

How do I pay?

All inflatables must be paid for in full in cash on the day of the hire.

Are you a member of any professional bodies?

We are members of the IIHF, TIPE and BIHA.

What do I need to provide when hiring an inflatable?

We need good access to where the castle is going. I minimum entrance of 4 ft is required. We also need access to a power supply within 40m of where the inflatable is going. We will provide everything else.

What do I do in the event of high winds?

The inflatable must be deflated in the event of high winds.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that things dont always go as planned and on occasion you may need to cancel or postpone. There is no charge for cancellation as long as you let us know before the item is loaded. However we do appreciate as much notice as possible.

Do I need to leave a deposit?

No deposit is required.

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to towns and villages throughout counties Louth, Monaghan, South Armagh and Down.
